Shipping policy

For clothing items please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Our processing window does not include holidays or weekends. For example, if you place an order Friday morning it may not be processed until Monday morning. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 business days for your order to process during sales and/or holidays.

Domestic Order Shipping Times (USA ONLY): 2-5 business days.

International Order Shipping Time (OUTSIDE THE USA):  7-60 business days.

If your clothing order has not been shipped out yet, we can add or remove items from your order. Once your order is shipped, no changes can be made.

If your clothing order has not been shipped out yet, we will approve cancellations. However, once it is shipped out, we cannot cancel your order.

*Please note that sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, or your package is stolen from your residence, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the order once we receive it. 

If your order has not been shipped out yet, we can change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately with the changes you request.

For our international customers, please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs/duty tax. This is at the customers expense.
